Andrew Drumm - Principal
As I begin my 3rd year as Principal, I can honestly say I'm more excited than when I started my career in Education twenty three years ago. As I reflect on this past year, I missed seeing all the students in the building and having them back has been a wonderful experience. This year is dear to my heart because my own children are attending Connally. I sincerely believe Connally has the best staff and I have the opportunity to share this with the community. As a parent, you want the best for your own children, and that's why I am so proud that they are Connally Coyotes this year. Let's continue to have an awesome year.
Erica Robles - Associate Principal

Erica Hallam is looking forward to an incredible school year! She is passionate about helping Connally students reach their full potential as lifelong learners and responsible citizens.
Ms. Hallam began working for Northside ISD in 2006. She taught for 11 years in NISD and SAISD. She moved into administration in 2016 with NISD and worked in several middle schools as well as the Reddix Center before joining the Connally team.
Erica grew up here in San Antonio and attended Northside schools where her love of learning began. She attended UTSA for undergraduate studies in Multiple Disciplinary Sciences and earned teacher certification in 4-8 Science. She earned her master’s degree in Educational Leadership and principal certification from Lamar University.
Aside from being a principal and teacher, Ms. Hallam loves watching sports with her 3 boys and enjoying the great outdoors. She values collaboration and is excited to partner with the Connally staff, students and community this school year to accomplish great things for our Coyotes!
