In accordance with Policy EFB (Local), all new library book purchases must be made available for community preview for at least 30 days before being added to library shelves. Northside ISD will post the list of proposed book purchases 30 days prior to seeking approval from the Board of Trustees. All ISBN formats (paperback, hardcover, e-book, audiobook, etc.) would be applied for each individual title. (Excluding future adaptations, such as graphic novel adaptions or new editions.)
