About Ellison Library

Our goal is to provide access to current, diverse materials and teach information literacy, giving the school community the tools needed for self-directed learning. The library program collaborates with staff by providing resources and instruction to support the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners. Additionally, our library fosters a love of reading to help develop lifelong readers.

Meet the Librarian

My name is Kenny Saul, and I am Ellison's Librarian. This is my 20th year in education and my 13th year as an elementary librarian. Previously, I taught social studies in grades 6-8 for seven years. My passion for reading, information literacy, and teaching children encouraged me to earn my Masterโ€™s in School Library Media.
