BOYS AND GIRLS ATHLETICS Students and Parents,
If your son or daughter will be trying out for sports and/or enrolled in the Athletic Period for the 2023-2024 school year, please review and complete the following requirements.
REQUIRED: All incoming 7th graders and any 8th grader entering Athletics for the first time will need a physical, medical history form and the completion of Rank One forms.
All incoming 8th graders who are currently in the Athletic period will also need to complete the Rank One Forms and Medical History Form.
If your son or daughter has been diagnosed with Asthma, the Asthma form will need to be completed by a physician as well. Please print the attachments and complete the necessary paperwork. The sooner we get the paperwork, the sooner we can clear your child for the program.
Please click on the Rank One link to fill out all required online forms. Please DO NOT print out any of the required online forms as these forms need to be sent electronically. If this is your first time on Rank One you must create an account. If you already have an account simply log in and fill out the forms for the 2023-2024 school year. RANK ONE FOR THE 23-24 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER MAY.
REQUIRED: Our Athletic department will use a communication tool called Sports You. We will be posting relevant information regarding our program, including information regarding all tryouts and upcoming events. We encourage both parents and athletes to join the group. Those familiar with the site can register using the following team codes. Attached is more information about the site and how to join our Team for our new users. Further groups will be created that will be sport-specific. More information on that will be posted on the general site for the corresponding Boys and Girls groups.
