BOYS AND GIRLS ATHLETICS
Students and Parents,
If your son or daughter will be trying out for sports and/or enrolled in the Athletic Period for the 2025-2026 school year, please review and complete the following requirements.
REQUIRED: All incoming 7th graders and any 8th grader entering Athletics for the first time will need a physical, medical history form and the completion of Rank One forms.
All incoming 8th graders who are currently in the Athletic period will also need to complete the Rank One Forms and Medical History Form.
If your son or daughter has been diagnosed with Asthma, the Asthma form will need to be completed by a physician as well. Please print the attachments and complete the necessary paperwork. The sooner we get the paperwork, the sooner we can clear your child for the program.
RANK ONE Information:
Please click on the Rank One link to fill out all required online forms. Please DO NOT print out any of the required online forms as these forms need to be sent electronically. If this is your first time on Rank One you must create an account. If you already have an account simply log in and fill out the forms for the 2025-2026 school year.
Sports You App - YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THIS APP
REQUIRED: Our Athletic department will use a communication tool called Sports You. We will be posting relevant information regarding our program, including information regarding all tryouts and upcoming events. We encourage both parents and athletes to join the group. Those familiar with the site can register using the following team codes. Attached is more information about the site and how to join our Team for our new users. Further groups will be created that will be sport-specific. More information on that will be posted on the general site for the corresponding Boys and Girls groups.

Football Equipment/Locker Distribution for 25-26 school year will be on Thursday, July 31st. 8th Graders from 8am-9:45am, 7th Graders from 9:45am-11:30am. Must be clear of all paperwork to receive equipment/locker. Please park on the Football field side of the school and come towards the back through the gates.
1st day of Practice will be on the 2nd day of school. 7th grade will be in the morning before school, 8th grade will be after school. More info coming soon.

Intramurals
Introduced in 1992, the Northside ISD Intramural Program is an after-school opportunity for students at all middle schools and Health Careers High School to enjoy recreational activities through organized sports and tournaments, at no cost to families.
The 28-day program runs from November through March and is led by campus teachers. Each campus develops and shares its schedule prior to the start of the season.
