Click on the link below to apply as an incoming 9th grade student. From the link you will select the "Application Process" button. Once in the application form, you will want to select Health Careers as your first choice.
Grades, attendance, discipline records, and STAAR scores are considered and must meet the minimum qualifications for all Health Careers applicants. For current Northside applicants the campus can access these records through the Northside database, and no further action is required.
If you are a non–Northside ISD student, you will need to upload these additional documents to the application system. In order for the application to be completed, please upload a copy of your child's
- Most recent report card, including attendance
- Final 7th-grade report card, including attendance
- Middle school STAAR score report
- School discipline report. If there are no disciplinary incidents, please include a letter from the school confirming this
