Nereida Ollendieck is honored to serve as the Associate Principal of Health Careers High School. She earned her master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at San Antonio and brings 16 years of experience in public education.
Throughout her career, she has served as a Health Science Teacher at Memorial High School and Health Careers High School, CTE Department Coordinator at Marshall High School, Assistant Principal, and Academic Dean at Briscoe Middle School. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to instructional leadership, student achievement, and building positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
Mrs. Ollendieck is passionate about creating a collaborative and supportive school culture where every student has the opportunity to succeed. She is excited to serve the Health Careers High School community and looks forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of its students and staff.

She has nineteen years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and campus leader. Bettina is committed to creating supportive, academically rich environments where students feel challenged, valued, and empowered. She holds a Master of Education in Administration and was honored as Health Careers High Schoolโs Educator of the Year in 2025. Outside of school, Bettina is a proud mom to one son and an avid reader and podcast listener.
