- Nov. 16, 2026 - Online Application opens
- Jan. 22, 2027 - Deadline to submit applications closes
- Feb. 1, 2027 - Acceptance/waitlist emails sent
- Feb. 8, 2027 - Commitment Responses Due
Campus Open House:
- Thursday, December 10, 2026: HCHS tour for Prospective Students, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm, at Health Careers High School
- Saturday, January 9, 2027: HCHS tour for Prospective Students, 9:00 am – 10:30 am, at Health Careers High School
- Wednesday, January 13, 2027: HCHS tour for Prospective Students, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm, at Health Careers High School
District Magnet Fairs:
- Monday, December 7, 2026: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm at NISD Sports Gym 8400 N. Loop 1604 W., in the Dub Farris Athletic Complex
- Monday, December 14, 2026: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm at the Northside Activity Center, 7001 Culebra Road
