College, Career & Military Center

The Center

The College, Career, & Military Readiness Center offers a variety of resources about the college and financial aid application process, scholarships, job opportunities, volunteer opportunities, and much more.

The Center is available Monday - Friday and students are able to drop by before or after school, during lunch, or during study hall or an off campus period. Students may schedule a meeting by completing the Meeting Request Form.

College Visits & Events

The College, Career, & Military Readiness Center coordinates college visits and information sessions with many universities throughout the year, as well as campus events.    Virtual College Visits & Information Sessions

College Reps

College or university representatives may schedule a campus visit either before school from 8:30 - 9 a.m., or during A&B lunch from 12:10 - 1:40 p.m. You may contact the Center or sign up through Counselor Community RepVisits. Senior Seminar classes also have opportunities for visits.

College Representatives and Prospective Employers:

If you are planning to be on any NISD campus, please complete the background check at least 2 weeks prior to your visit.  This is required for all NISD campuses and the information is not shared.
