Each transcript is $3.00 for current students.
Each transcript is $5.00 for former students.
Students can pay with credit/debit card on the website. Current students can also choose the cash/check payment method. If paying with cash/check, place your order at the Career Center (Rm. 211).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. Transcripts are sent electronically using the TREx (Texas Records Exchange) system to all public Texas colleges/universities and some private institutions as well.
2. Transcripts which cannot be sent electronically will be mailed by Health Careers High School.
3. Testing Scores (i.e. - SAT, ACT, PSAT, AP) are not included with the transcript. Please contact www.collegeboard.org or www.actstudent.org to have scores sent directly to the college/university for admissions.
4. Allow 3-5 days for processing. Transcript requests are NOT processed on holidays/weekends.
