The Holmes and NSITE English Honor Society, carries with it a commitment to the mission of the founders of the Society: to promote mastery of written expression, encourage worthwhile reading, and foster fellowship among students who excel in English studies. This chapter is charged to share their gifts by service to society and by fostering literacy throughout our school and community as well as keeping in mind our national motto, as their guiding principle "Duty goes with honor."
