In order to build a relationship and trust with students, things discussed in individual counseling remain confidential.

LIMITS to CONFIDENTIALITY

• Harm to Yourself
• Harm to Other People
• Sexual Contact / Pregnancy
• Threats to School Safety
• Information requested by a valid subpoena (Court System)
