Campus Outdoor Nature Area / Outdoor classrooms
Our club will build and maintain Rudder's nature area and teach students gardening.
Every Wed. 7:50am-8:30am / Library
Students will meet their anime-loving peers, watch anime clips, read manga, and do activities like origami and drawing.
Signed parent permission slip is required.
Mondays 4pm-5pm / Room 105
Club will run: Monday's April 1-May 20 for the 2023-2024 school year.

This club gives students opportunities to use everyday objects as well as high-tech tools like the 3D printer and robots to create new things and solve problems. The purpose of this club is to build interest in coding, building, and crafting and requires no prior experience.

Tryouts for our Fall SSBU season closed. We will meet every Thursdays after school after tryouts.
Competitive Esports has a fall season, in which we play Super Smash Bros. Ultimate against other NISD middle schoolers and a Spring season, in which we will play Mario Kart 8 Ultimate against other NISD middle school teams. Our competitive teams practice once a week on Thursdays after school, most mornings, and both teams require qualifying in a tryout.

Guitar club is for students that want to play, learn, talk about, or just appreciate the guitar. Whether you are a pro or a new guitarist, we welcome all. We will be learning and improving together. Most of all, it is all about the joy and appreciation of the music. We have instruments to lend on a first come first served basis.
Showcase life skills that will benefit students including: food sanitation, cooking, and potential entrepreneurial careers.

The purpose of Succulent Club is to promote an interest in and an appreciation of succulent plants.

If you play videogames, come join the videogame club! We have Nintendo Switch consoles and docks at 5 different stations and set-ups for whatever console or PC you would like to bring to share with everyone. Meet up with your friends to practice or meet new friends and explore new games.

Intramurals
Introduced in 1992, the Northside ISD Intramural Program is an after-school opportunity for students at all middle schools and Health Careers High School to enjoy recreational activities through organized sports and tournaments, at no cost to families.
The 28-day program runs from November through March and is led by campus teachers. Each campus develops and shares its schedule prior to the start of the season.
