Congratulations, Mrs. Colwell!
Congratulations to Scobee's librarian, Mrs. Andrea Colwell, for being named to the Texas Bluebonnet Award Programming Committee for 2026-2029! She will be representing not only Scobee Elementary, but all of Northside ISD on this committee. The Texas Bluebonnet Award Committee reads and evaluates a diverse range of books and selects the Texas Bluebonnet Award list each year.
