Access
During class: You MUST have a pass signed by a teacher or administrator. Please present your pass to library staff upon arrival.
During lunch: You MUST have your student ID to visit and a lunch pass. 
*Lunch access varies, dependent upon classes scheduled to use the space. 

Sign In & Sign Out
For safety reasons, all students visiting the library must sign into the N-Time system, unless attending with a class. If leaving before the end of the period, please sign out. Library staff will log all students out at the end of each period.

Check-out

• Books are checked out for 2 weeks at a time.
• You may check out up to 3 items at a time.
• If you have an overdue item, additional checkouts will be limited until the item is returned. We do not charge overdue fees.
• Should you lose or damage a library item, NISD Board policy states that you will be required to pay for that item. We accept cash only. All fines and fees should be settled by the end of the school year.

Printing
We have desktop computers available for class & student use. Printing is limited to school-related purposes.

Librarian
Our librarian is Mrs. Fox. This is her 8th year as a librarian. She was a classroom teacher for 12 years before moving into the library. 

Library Instructional Assistant
Our Library IA is Ms. Purtell.
