Northside’s High-Quality Prekindergarten Program utilizes an instructional framework that supports a play-based curriculum that prepares students to succeed in kindergarten and beyond. Many of our classrooms have specialized programming that includes bilingual, ESL, and special education. Northside’s Prekindergarten classrooms are taught by teachers with college degrees and Texas certifications with specialized training in early childhood education.
Welcome to Pre-K! We are so excited to have your little one enrolled in our program! We provide research-based based developmentally appropriate learning experiences through play. Our curriculum instructs the whole child in: Social-emotional skills, language skills, literacy, math, science, social studies, physical development, art, and technology. Your child will experience learning in a nurturing, caring, and loving environment specifically designed so they begin a lifelong passion for learning.
