Student Check Out
Classes are scheduled weekly and students self select books they are interested in reading for their enjoyment. Pre Kinder - First grade select one book per checkout and Second - Fifth grade select two books per checkout. If a book is lost or damaged please come see the librarian to discuss options.
Parent/Guardian Check Out
Parents/Guardians are allowed to check out books. Please stop by the library to create your account.
About Your Librarian, Mrs. Kirk
Mrs. Kirk has been at Villarreal since 2019 when she was hired as a 4th grade teacher. The next school year she taught 3rd grade and then accepted the position in the library following the retirement of our previous librarian, Mrs. Welzenbach. She has brought her love of reading and classroom experience into the library making it great place to learn, explore and create.
