Now Accepting Applications for Zachry Magnet School – 2026–2027
Families interested in a challenging and innovative middle school experience are encouraged to apply to the Zachry Cybersecurity & Global Communications Magnet School, located at Zachry Middle School (9410 Timber Path). Applications for the 2026–2027 school year are now open.
Zachry Magnet is a fully public magnet program within Northside ISD, serving students in grades 6–8. The program offers advanced, targeted coursework in English, Social Studies, and Technology, while still providing access to the extracurricular programs and resources of a large school district.
For the upcoming school year, Zachry Magnet will accept approximately:
- 160 sixth-grade students
- 5–10 seventh-grade students
Space is limited and the program typically fills quickly. Families are encouraged to submit applications as soon as possible.
