Patricia Noriega - Principal
Greetings Mary Hull Parents and Community,

It is my privilege to serve as the principal of Mary Hull Elementary! My name is Patricia Noriega, and it is with great pride that I share that I am a proud John Jay graduate. Go Mustangs! I am honored to serve in Jay community , and to be given the opportunity to give back to the community that I was raised in. I am in my fourteenth year in educational leadership, and my fourteenth year at Mary Hull. Prior to becoming a principal, I had many experiences including Language Arts Facilitator, Reading Specialist, and Vice principal. Even with this, I'm always a teacher at heart, prior to coming to NISD, I taught for 15 years at Harlandale ISD. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Education from The University of Texas at San Antonio, a Master Reading Teacher certification from The University of Texas at San Antonio, a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and a Principalship certification form Texas A&M Kingsville. I hope to always model lifelong learning and to instill in others that we never stop learning. Learning is a part of life, and we should embrace opportunities that allow us to learn from others.

I am blessed to be the mother of four beautiful children who inspire and motivate me everyday to do my best and to be a leader that strives to ensure that children receive the best education. The journey of parenting children from elementary to college has made me a better leader. The expectations that I have for my own children are the same that I have for every child at Mary Hull. I will love every child like they are mine and I will push them to do well like they are mine . I want the best for them, I want them to excel and become productive human beings, who have ample opportunity to reach their goals and become whoever they want to be when they grow up. This is why it is my privilege to lead Mary Hull Elementary and the many talented teachers and students here!

Kind Regards

Hello, Roadrunner Family! My name is Lisa Mendez and I am beyond excited to serve as the Associate Principal of Mary Hull Elementary! I was born and raised in Eagle Pass, Texas and moved to San Antonio to attend college at the University of the Incarnate Word, where I received my Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I then attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and earned my Master's degree in Educational Leadership. This year marks the beginning of my twelfth year of public service in education. I began my career as a fourth grade teacher in San Antonio ISD. After two years in SAISD, I continued my journey teaching third grade at Northside ISD.

It is a pleasure to be part of Mary Hull and I am looking forward to establishing strong relationships within the Roadrunner Family! I look forward to continuing all the special traditions of Mary Hull Elementary and will work hard to ensure all students continue to receive a high quality education, while addressing the needs of every child.
