My educational background includes a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood and Bilingual Education and a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership.
Our mission is to teach with love, care, and respect and I firmly believe that we can accomplish this by being a united community. I believe that creating strong partnerships with parents, students and teachers are essential to the success of our school.

Hello NWC Cardinals!
My name is Mr. Esquivel. I am very excited and honored to be able to serve as your Associate Principal. Prior to becoming an administrator, I was a Math Staff Development teacher where I was able to work with students and teachers in K-5.
I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and later with a Master of Education in Educational Leadership. I have been an educator for the past 10 years.
I look forward to meeting and getting to know the NWC community. I believe that putting students first and having a whatever it takes attitude is essential in education. I personally know the importance of having a supportive and positive educational experience. That is why here at NWC we teach with love, care, and respect.
