Student Technology Support

If a student is having issues with their Northside district device, please advise them to stop by room E101 during passing periods with their student ID. 

If the TSS is out of the office there is a QR code to scan that will direct them to the google form so the student can be called out of class when the TSS returns. (If the student does not have a phone they can ask a teacher to fill out the form for them.)

New students must have attended at least one school day before obtaining a Northside district device.

If a parent chose to Opt Out from having a district computer provided, and would like to Opt back in, please use fill out the Device Opt Out/In form. Please also fill out this form if you are planning for your student to use a personal device.

If a charger needs to be replaced, they are available for purchase for $15 in cash. A USB-C charger (at minimum 45W) can also be purchased elsewhere. For example, Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, etc.
