Physical Education is an integral part of the overall education of all students. The primary goal of physical education is to motivate students to pursue and continue active lifestyles by developing motor skills necessary to perform a variety of physical activities. It is also essential that students develop knowledge, understanding and positive attitudes about human movement.
Here at NAHS we offer that quality physical education that aligns as best as we can with the physical education course students are enrolled in at their main campus. We provide learning opportunities that are meaningful, motivational, and challenging to the students, promoting and encouraging them to be physically active for a recommended 60 minutes per day.
