More than 600 employees are being honored this week at the Northside ISD at the annual Recognition and Retirement Celebration. These honorees represent more than 14,300 years of service to Northside students.
The District’s celebration will be held at 7 p.m., Wednesday, May 18 at Brandeis High School, 13011 Kyle Seale Parkway.
The event is open to the public and all friends, families, and coworkers of the honorees are welcome.
The event will also be livestreamed at nisd.net/live.
There are 306 employees being honored for 20, 30, 35, 40, and 45 years of service to Northside, with a combined 6,940 years of service. Hundreds of other employees are also being recognized at their campuses for 10 years of service.
In addition, this year there are 299 retirees with a total of 7,403 years of service to Northside and 8,739 years in education.
