Northside ISD is offering high school juniors two opportunities to prepare for the April 26 school day SAT – a paid LIVE online course from The Princeton Review and free student-paced resources.
The Princeton Review classes will run from March 21 through April 23. There are five sections to choose from for the 15-hour course led by an instructor. Participants will review SAT content and strategies, take four self-proctored SAT exams, and have access to The Princeton Review’s online portal.
The deadline to register and pay for the class is Feb. 18. For those who qualify based on income, the cost is $25. For all others, the cost is $75. Fees can be paid at the home campus or through MySchool Bucks.
The self-paced SAT prep resources are available at no cost through Northside’s Digital Resources for Secondary students. Those on campus can click the Learning Express Library icon to access the prep materials. To access the materials from off campus, students will first log into the NISD SSO and then follow the instructions on the Secondary Resources page.
For questions about SAT prep resources, students should contact AVID Program Coordinator Jennifer Cantu at jennifer.cantu@nisd.net or 210-397-7882.
