NISD will host two vaccine clinics at the Northside Activity Center, 7001 Culebra Road, this weekend for staff, their families & the community.
- Saturday, Jan. 8 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Provider is Carvajal Pharmacy)
- Sunday, Jan. 9 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Provider is Leal Pharmacy with UIW Nursing School)
The vaccine is available for anyone 5 years and older.
- Ages 5-11 may receive the Pfizer vaccine either 1st or 2nd dose, 21 days or more apart
- Ages 12-15 may receive the Pfizer vaccine either 1st or 2nd dose, 21 days or more apart – boosters approved for this group five months after the second dose.
- Ages 16 and older may receive the Pfizer vaccine either 1st or 2nd dose, 21 days or more apart – boosters are approved five months after the second dose.
