We believe our students deserve a quality education which honors their voice. We foster meaningful relationships with all 2nd Grade students. By creating  treatment agreements with our students, we inspire them to excel and achieve success.  Each day we begin with a Class Meeting to set the tone for our day, incorporating social and emotional learning activities. Students participate weekly in hands-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) activities/lessons in the STEM lab. Second Grade offers Garden Club and Cardboard Arcade as extra curricular activities.

Tax Rate Notice
This year's levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures exceeds last year's maintenance and operations tax levy.
Northside Independent School District ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.05 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $30.00.
