About Our English Department

The Clark English Department prepares all levels of students, both college-bound and career ready, through a rigorous, skills-based practice that focuses on reading, writing, and verbal communication.

Many courses are offered at each level: on-level, advanced, dual credit, AP, college prep, dedicated ELL courses, reading, debate, and journalism.

We have experienced, dynamic teachers collaboratively working for all students, working to find new, innovative methods to reach students and to address the diverse needs of a diverse student body.
