Texas Senate Bill 12 requires that all students have written permission from a parent or guardian to join any school club.

To make this super easy, you have two options:

  1. Ask your club sponsor for a permission slip. They will be able to give you a paper copy to take home.
  2. Print the PDF linked below, have a parent or guardian sign it, and bring it to your club sponsor.

We're so excited to have you join a club! Getting involved in school is a great way to make new friends and explore your interests. Please make sure you turn in your permission slip as soon as possible so you can start participating.
