CODING CLUB

Coding club is a fun way to learn the basics of computer programming, gain problem-solving and logical thinking skills, and make friends. The purpose of this club is to build interest in coding and requires no prior coding experience. Mrs. Fosmire 2nd Wednesday of the month @ 7:55 am

FRIENDS HAVING FUN BUDDY CLUB Buddies come in to hang out with students, eat breakfast, play games and visit.  During Special Olympics, each student will have a buddy they have come to know who will assist them in their event. GAMMA SIGMA A unique leadership development program for girls. Girls will become positive change agents in their community when they participate in service projects that benefit the world around them.

NATIONAL JUNIOR HONOR SOCIETY (NJHS)

The Stinson chapter of NJHS provides members an opportunity to develop

leadership, service, and a commitment to lifelong success.

PROJECT A.C.O.R.N. Our goal at Stinson Middle School is to create a site where students can develop environmental awareness in our community. We want to create a vegetable garden and pollinator garden to establish and monitor Texas native plants, conduct soil investigations and develop an understanding of plants and pollinators. STUDENT COUNCIL The Student Council is composed of students elected by their peers to represent them in decisions affecting the student body.  The student council organizes student dances and other special events, plans Howdy Week, Red Ribbon Week, teacher appreciation week, and participates in community service projects.
