Mr. Hernandez joined Warren HS in 2020 as the Associate Principal. Prior to joining Warren, Mr. Hernandez served as an administrator at Harlan HS and Jordan MS in NISD. Prior to becoming a campus administrator Mr. Hernandez served as a Social Studies Teacher and Coordinator at Southwest and John Jay High School's.
As the Associate Principal, Mr. Hernandez oversees the master schedule process, campus facilities, and discipline for the campus.

Bernadette Gonzales began her career in education in 2005. Bernadette joined Northside ISD in 2008 and has served multiple roles in the district as a Biology and Special Education teacher at Warren High School, an NISD Instructional Support Teacher in Curriculum and Instruction, an NISD High School Continuous Improvement Specialist, and currently as the Academic Dean at Warren and Construction Careers High School.
Mrs. Gonzales earned her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and her Master’s degree from Lamar University.
As the Academic Dean, Mrs. Gonzales is responsible for overseeing all of the academic programs for the campus. Mrs. Gonzales takes pride in serving the Warrior community as the Academic Dean and her passion is for all students to feel connected to the campus and have equitable access to a quality education.
