My name is Valerie Arce and it is my pleasure to serve as the first Vice Principal at Cole Elementary School. I received my Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2008 and my Masters in Educational Leadership in 2014, both from UTSA. I began my career at Knowlton Elementary. I served as a bilingual teacher for 4 years and a language support teacher for 2 years until I became the vice principal at Cole 3 years ago.I am passionate about ensuring that our students are receiving a high quality education and that their social and emotional health is being nurtured so that they may be able to set goals, make responsible decisions, and reach their full potential. At Cole Elementary we are consistently focused on helping our students become innovative, lifelong learners. I am honored to work with our principal Mr. Kuenning as we continue this journey to make Cole the best school around!
