NO VAPING - WITHIN 300 FEET OF A SCHOOL CAMPUS - HB 114, enacted by the Texas Legislature(2023), requires school districts to implement mandatory Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP) placement for students found in possession of, using, or delivering e-cigarettes or vaping on school grounds or at a school-related event.
