Welcome to Fifth Grade!
We are excited about having your child this year. We will work together to establish academic growth and social success. As a team, we will strive for our students to reach their goals with curriculum that is relevant, challenging and meaningful.
The goal of 5th graders in life science is to learn about ecosystems and interactions. How living and nonliving things are part of a system. We also look at the animal structures. How all the animal parts allow each organism to survive in its habitat. We always make a poster and this year we have a neat link to national Geographic that will allow us to explore more of these specific concepts.
Conference time is 1:15-2:00 pm
Lunch is 11:30-12:00 pm.
