Members of the broadcast club work together to report to teachers and students campus wide information. Broadcast Club film and produce recorded sessions every morning with a green screen application that allows the students to simulate a news environment. Students are in charge of writing, editing, creating, and delivering the news themselves. Members work as a team and develop such skills as creativity, cooperation, teamwork, respect, mentoring, and responsibility.

This year's levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures exceeds last year's maintenance and operations tax levy.
Northside Independent School District ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.05 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $30.00.
