Who will be taking their device home over the summer?
- Current 6th and 7th graders will take their device home over the summer. They will return their device at the start of the 2024-2025 school year. More information will be shared on this process. Current 8th grade students will return their device like normal at the end of this school year before they go on summer break.
What happens if my student is attending summer school?
- If your student is attending summer school, they will take their device with them to their summer school campus.
What happens if my student is not attending the same Northside ISD campus next year and has a device assigned to them over the summer?
- If your student is not attending the same campus next year, you will need to call (210) 397-0020. They will receive a new device at their new NISD campus.
What happens if my student has a broken device over the summer?
- Repair appointments can be made by contacting the Technology Student Hotline at (210) 397-0020.

What if my student has lost their device or charger over the summer?

What happens if my student is not returning to Northside ISD next year?
- If you know prior to summer that your student is not returning to a Northside ISD campus next year, their device will need to be collected.
