The mission of the Garcia Middle School Library is to ensure that students and staff are effective users of ideas and information. The Library seeks to provide a safe and innovative learning environment in which students can develop a life-long love of reading and can develop the information literacy skills needed to succeed in an information-rich world.
This mission is accomplished by:

Providing intellectual and physical access to materials in all available and accessible formats.

Providing instruction to foster competence and stimulate interest in reading, viewing, and using information and ideas.

Working with other educators to design learning strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
The Garcia Library is open from 8am - 4:30pm Tuesday thru Thursday and 8am-4:00 on Friday.
