Jason Christian graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Texas ATM Corpus Christi and earned his master’s degree from Texas Tech University. Mr. Christian began his career in Northside as a special education teacher at Rayburn Middle School. He transitioned to administration in 2013, becoming an assistant principal at O’Connor High School. Later, he was appointed vice principal at O’Connor High School in 2019. Mr. Christian believes that all students deserve a safe, positive atmosphere where they can strive to be their best.

Jennifer Bishop graduated from Angelo State University and completed her master's degree at Walden University and the University of Texas at San Antonio. She began her career in education in 1996, moved to Northside in 2000 and O'Connor High School in 2013. Her guiding principles are that ALL students can learn at high levels and that students may not opt out of learning. Every student is important every day!
