In Art Club, you’ll get to:

We will be learning about skin care, hair care and makeup application. Everyone will have the opportunity to learn new techniques and practice correct application.

Our club will read comic books or graphic novels and write reviews for Rebel Students, learn to draw comic panels or complete an unfinished comic panels or comic book characters/heroes, and hopefully have the opportunity to meet an illustrator of a graphic novel or comic book.

Our Kindness Club is all about spreading positivity and making our campus — and the world — a better place. Through a variety of activities, we focus on random acts of kindness that brighten someone’s day. Most of what we do costs nothing at all, reminding our members that kindness is free but has the power to make a lasting impact. We encourage students to think beyond themselves, look for opportunities to help others, and lead with compassion.

This is a great way to practice your English and get involved with our school community. We will be picking up recycled material from classrooms and the office area.

A welcoming, quiet space for scholars to enjoy their own books without distractions. From time to time, we’ll come together for shared readings and explore new stories as a group. Each meeting includes a relaxed discussion about the books we’re reading—favorite moments, surprising twists, and ideas that stood out. The club is designed to foster a love of reading, build community, and create a safe space for every reader’s voice.

The Sul Ross robotics club helps students build skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and creativity while learning about engineering, coding, and technology. Students gain hands-on experience designing and programming robots, develop persistence through trial and error, and strengthen communication skills by collaborating with peers. The club also fosters curiosity, prepares students for future STEM opportunities, and boosts confidence by showcasing their work in competitions or demonstrations.

Whether you’re a beginner or already love to run, you’ll learn how regular exercise improves your body, mind, and confidence. National Junior Honor Society- An organization that recognizes outstanding middle school students who meet the academic and conduct standards set by Ross middle school. Seventh graders are eligible at the end of the school year.
