Upon completing this form and uploading your insurance card (with student name on insurance card) and driver's license, students will also need to submit form of payment ($20).
Payments can be made electronically at myschoolbucks.com or in-person (cash) on campus. Students must complete the following in order to be eligible to receive a parking permit. Students and Parents are responsible for reviewing the Student Parking Permit Application Expectations.
